The quarterly report states there have been no dividend shares. I would like to know why this information is inaccurately expressed. I also think Tony, his attorney or both is/are aware of the discrepancy and has made no move to correct the misinformation.

Add these things up and I believe only a fool would believe there's veracity within the pages of this quarterly report.

The only fighting here is on your end as I have no quarrel with you. But I do have issues with the company and its management or lack thereof. And, secondarily, anybody purportedly defending the company when we've all lost considerable sums of money we invested---has to be a fool, an idiot or getting paid off by management.

You have not defended the company so relax. But some have, on another board. And I do take issue with that.

I'll bet that many shares of USEI will be traded in early February of 2016 and the share value will likely dive by 50% or greater.
