According to T D Ameritrade, there are no filings on record! There may be unofficial statements to the contrary but they do not fall under the auspices of SEC-certified filings or representations of factual material.

This is what I get at Ameritrade when looking up USEI's SEC filings:

There are no SEC filings available for USEI.

Now, the OTC may publish their own versions of filings but I'll bet you'll find disclaimers to protect against litigation.

When there's no shadow, there's probably no body, either.
