oh, I believe I'm following you:) They'd still show up in the outstanding common if converted..the preferred shares have been there if you view the past disclosures. jmo. Bottom line, RLTR has been easy going as far as dilution compared to many of the OTC companies.

I'm ready to see some follow up on those updates and we should have a nice breakout from here.
