I don't believe you are following me. Imagine somebody has 1 million preferred class A shares that are convertible into 100 common class B shares, then I believe if the investor converts all of his 1 million shares into 100 million common class B shares the outstanding shares rises by 100 million.

The T/A didn't even mention the distributed preferred convertible shares in Roy's post.
