none of us know if this is going to work out or not. I'm coming up on 16years and I'm annoyed too. Very annoyed. But what am I gunna do? Whinge on a public board to everyone who is looking on? Cry like a little baby or girly-man? If I get to the point where I have had enough, where I think they are doing something illegal, where I think I am being scammed...then I will do something about it - SEC , legal action, whatever. But I won't cower and cry on this board like so many do here. This ain't the place for it. And it ain't the pace for investors to reveal information to others who present themselves and ask questions here. That ain't the job of posters here. Thats the job of the company alone, and if you or anyone else feel they are not getting satisfaction through that avenue - bad luck I guess.
As for the constant whinging about secrets. Goodness me! Why on earth would a company reveal specifics about the way it intends to do its business until there is final agreement between the parties?
There is so much to these sorts of agreements, including NDAs and trials that can take ages. And if we are indeed dealing with major organisations who may want to take our product (yes, if there is one...) there are many wheels with many cogs before sign off. No major organisation is going to want to expose itself prior to the final decision by its puppet-masters. As for secrecy about locations and partners in production. Again, why expose themselves prior to the big day? Why expose themselves to the major entities that we have fought over recent years? Do you really think there would be no reprisals or attempts at reprisals?
Think about how many times people on this board post about information they have heard, or think they know. I've done it too, but no more. It shouldn't happen and you know that, or should know that.
Go to the company representatives, or be patient, or take appropriate legal or SEC action if you are not happy, or go away and forget about it.
But to all the whingers - stop whinging. Its pathetic and childish.
