ep-What Grewal said in his Markman ruling was PTSC had an invention on a variable speed oscillator used to clock the CPU on the same chip as the CPU that does not have ANY outside influences at all in any way. PTSCs lawyers said then that means they lose so they objected to Grewal's boss federal district court judge Chhabria. Chhabria then accepted Grewal's recommendation. Case over. Now appeal. Sorry you can't seem to accept this but even if PTSC wins the appeal it is going to take 1.5 years to make it back to this court from the appeals court then there is a 6 month trial then the inevitable 1 year appeal. At best this case is resolved in about 3 YEARS from now. No way around it. Good luck getting licenses until then and even if you win. Every body PTSC hits up for licenses is simply going to take it to court unless it is a $50,000 settlement and they will get lucky with the judges who do not want trolls like PTSC to win.
