Thinking about what is available to me under the confines of the law, seeking more legal advice.

Thank you for sharing your informed slated views.

The money for me involved here is not the issue. For some, it is a serious issue. This is a much bigger problem, much broader, the gap in the law(s), or no law(s), that effects the common.

SEC makes moves without any consideration of the outcome, as long as they
get theirs.

Find ways to protect the common.
