Hi wash3: it's been a while. Hopefully management is in this to increase shareholders value as well as their own. Lord knows they own a 'TON' of preferred shares. How do you get value out of those shares without also running the 'common'? Plus, with an attorney on board that knows the 'ropes' it shouldn't be all that difficult.

I'm wondering what the share structure is like. Most of these pennies can run to much higher level with the simple announcement of an update, new management, or getting things current. I would love to see that .001/share. That would be a life changer for many.
