the only way you'll see .001/PPS, is after it's been "Artificially Painted" by an R/S!
It is correct that as soon as a BID price shows up, all hell that's been stuck collecting dust and ashes for years, will break lose getting the "hell" out of this so fast that you wont even see'm leave!
Just only a trail of flaming skid marks vectoring away in every conceivable direction!
This company/ticker has had many so-called "New Owners" wandering in with all their bright Ideas and each and every one of them ended with the same resulted.
Fattening their own wallets off the shareholder's investments then disappeared and never heard from again!
But sure! they'll artificially bring the company's status of Caveat Emptor tier ratings to current, using the "Free Monies" acquired from dumping their company shares onto shareholders, when after "some form" of confidence is build and more shareholders buy-in on the hype, the company dumps the PPS into oblivion then goes dormant for the next few years. (again)
and the cycle continue!
Everyone wins off the shareholder's investments, except the shareholders themselves.
