i'm saying at first jorge (OROT) was open to emailing with the shareholders who approached him, and he mentioned being interested in meeting further with SIRG (i'm paraphrasing).
but over time this small group of traders became demanding, invasive, and alienated him. i've seen some of these emails, where in one case jorge called out a shareholder by name, and said he felt insulted.
over this same time frame jorge went from being fairly open about things to really clammed up. we've seen those emails posted here.
who could blame the guy?
by the end of it all, that banner appeared on OROT's site (9/11/15), and a big dump of shares followed. "no relationship" with SIRG, and the sky fell, despite earlier emails where jorge said (paraphrasing) 'if that changes we'll update you on our site'.
did you see the trading on 9/11? the bid support was higher than most had anticipated.
since then we've heard complaints from retail that we are owed news by now, on some sort of schedule. a few folks are dumping still, although at a slower pace, and all along the way there are bids there to catch loose stock.
it's a fluid and variable bid, too. sometimes it drops away, only to bounce right back.
by the time we get news, IF we get news, i would think the float will have changed hands nearly 100%.
