Insiders buying stock?

I don't know why or why not...maybe their individual comp packages provide a low risk opportunity to purchase at a later date...maybe they weren't convinced they would succeed in the past, so they didn't buy and now they aren't legally/ethically allowed to buy...maybe they spend all their cash on skiing and golf in CO. I certainly wish they would show us skin in the game through regular purchases but maybe they would argue they do have skin in the game....either way I'm not overly worried about it, as we don't know the answers and are just speculating. (I think it's the mentality that we'd like mngt to be in the same boat as us...having hard earned cash at risk and dependent on the success of the material/devices.)

LB resigning or being fired?

Could be personal/family related reasons...but I think probably not. Maybe it's a case of LB doing making mediocre progress. Not terrible, not great. Maybe higher ups were on him. Maybe the recent capital raise pressured him. Maybe Lebby's introduction struck a cord with LB and he decided it was no longer for him under changing circumstances. Maybe LB was tendered a more subservient role and said no.

I appreciate the man addressing this board and want to say this is nothing but speculation on my part. Trying to look at all variables as to why he is no longer here.

It's safe to say that no one here is satisfied with the progress of the last few years. Maybe if we knew the obstacles needed to be overcome and the progress they've made in that direction, we should be ecstatic...but we don't know and we're not educated in this field enough to know...we just see our accounts losing money and oversimplify the causes.

LB stays and status quo continues? Would anyone here be happy with that?

LB goes and status quo continues, worsens, improves? Seems like mngt have recognized a need for change, for whatever reason...Addition of Lebby...movement of LB.
