Agreed, but of course their options were far and away out of the money. If this moves up one would hope they exercise a few. Honestly as for them participating in Raises, I'm always suspect of CEO's and such that creates/defines the terms getting in before offering it to others, if they help fill it fine but as for going first/participating um not so much.
