Agreed, so now we say that a prerequisite for working here is that they also need to invest?

I can not speak for them but yes what a person does certainly speaks louder than words.

Also Not an attorney but if they know of a deal awaiting certain parameters to be met and if they know how those tests are working out (or not working out) not sure they are allowed to buy or in the case of the latter short the security based on that information.
