Your totally correct kanola the criminal complaint is for the Level 111 operation.

The SEC complaint 10/1/15 is a civil action again against Treaty. Trial date not mentioned.

No SEC criminal charges against Treaty (TECO) at all.

If Criminal Charges could have been brought against TECO, SEC would have done so via the FBI.

That's the facts at this time.

Normally, criminal cases can lead to civil suits (the great OJ case in Los Angles)

Civil cases do not normally lead to a Criminal cases.

Just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer.
