We haven't yet seen the criminal complaint. Though I'm positive Treaty Energy will be mention several times as it was a critical component of the fraud Gwyn and Reid committed.

And this statement is completely wrong...

Civil cases do not normally lead to a Criminal cases

With investment scams the civil suits almost always come first and sometimes in conjunction with. The criminal charges can happen even years after the SEC civil suits.

Where securities fraud is concerned, it's not uncommon. But obviously you can't put a company in prison. So prosecutors go after individuals.
