kblb needs cash...they get it all from csc who dont "invest" a dime...existing shareholders cannot support all that dilution...thus the drop in pps to 3 pennies...
be all that as it may, kblb needs cash...and a lot of it to get started in vietnam...without vietnam, they wont need a dime...

Basically right but if you buy shares in a stock you invested. The stock could crash out before CSC was able to sell and they would lose too. But none the less they sell shares. This allows Kim to get a set amount of cash in a lump sum. He could sell to the market directly but then he is going to need a good CFO to handle the paperwork and actual trade volume and price.

CSC sells the shares for Kim. He "pays" them to do the job through their discount which normally assures them some sort of RoI.

We buy those shares for a longer term. Even you buy them. That is where the investment comes from. As long as you and others like you continue to buy the shares they will have the money they need. If they do not use the money wisely then you and others like you will sell out and take your losses. Others will take your place at a lower risk level. That is how it works for ANY stock. But it will break a company if the PPS is always going down. KBLB is a 3 cent stock and always has been. It has been higher and lower and has traded like any other stocks.

If I decided to buy 5 million shares right now for 10 million bucks I would be a fool but the PPS would go up to $2 for a bit. When the order is filled and the PPS goes back to .03 is that caused by the company or is it because I was a fool to buy so high?

People who bought in the teens made a mistake. That mistake is corrected by the market. Those of us who know that(or learned it) will make a great return on our long term investment and some will make money on the moves as well.

as long as csc can still sell kblb shares in the market (doesnt matter how low it goes) kblb will have access to cash

Yup that's what I just said... This is how the stock market works. A company seems to be in a position to grow and investors finance that growth. Normal operational procedure.

ask around and see if anyone is happy with their roi.

No need to ask around at all. I am happy with my return

..when a stock drops from the teens to .03, how can anyone talk about there being a good return on their investment

This is the easiest question to answer. All you need to do is look at what you refuse to see.....When a stock skyrockets from .03 to the teens is when you get your return.
When you hold a stock in the teens because you buy into the hype of message boards during a run that is where you learn your lesson.
You either learn where your investments risk/reward limits are or you lose your ass when the stock gets severely overbought and you are blind from not doing your DD.

Then you either become an educated investor or a public message board whiner

"I would say the VN government has invested far more than all kblb shareholders combined.
Investment comes in many forms."

you better hope not...

I know it to be true. What do you think the politicians time is worth? Meetings and discussions in government offices are very costly to the government. VN is adapting new laws and policies involving hundreds of people. They have already invested millions in getting KBLB there.
