I've thought all along that we're at the mercy of Tullow. I'm surprised to find it wasn't unanimous as they are the operator and they get to call the shots.

As for the other issue, government moves when it's convenient for government to move. We all know that. But it sure would be nice if we could knock on somebody's door and find out once and for all just what is going on and under what circumstances.
