The ad might appear to set a positive tone but I can derive no specific info from it, other than an intent to post an image of the company searching for an administrator. There's no assurance that Tullow will find a qualified individual to fill the slot nor can we know for certain that they even WANT to fill it. Companies sometimes advertise for the sake of trying to build a case leaning one way or another. It may look better in court but let's not go there. As it stands now, one might think that Tullow is sincere.

One might also conclude that, pending resolution of the SEC investigation, we---and Tullow---remain at a standstill.

So I'm holding 25% of my earlier position and await a share price in the 65 cent range at which point I'll reconstitute.
