KiK (and otcb) - I do think the super-voting preferred is important. In effect, it gives control of the company to the CEO **WITHOUT** requiring him to put money at risk to obtain and maintain that control. It also absolves him of any accountability to the actual owners of the company.
I don't know a thing about ABPR (don't own it, never have), but I do have some experience around microcaps and, other things equal, this "you may have put in the money and own more shares than I do but I still have the only vote that counts" is a big negative. It seems like another way of saying "I want to be able to raise money by selling stock, but I don't want any accountability to shareholders and would prefer to run the company as if it were private".
If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
