So many of these micro caps and pink sheet companies have such a structure. Even if it's a few people that hold majority voting shares in such a company, they do what they want. Do you really think you have any say as to what will happen going forward in such a stock? This is not a 50 million market cap SEC reporting company. Just about anything can happen with these stocks. That's normal. Any of these companies can create such new voting shares within a week if they want. This is a non reporting pink sheet. People really shouldn't bother with these stocks if they don't understand this sector or know how to treat these stocks.

I have yet to vote on anything for any stock I have ever owned. Almost every penny stock I know of has the ceo or insiders owning over 50% of it. This way is preferable since it doesn't result in actual dilution.

But again, that was not the claim. Sigh
