ARIA—When two insiders failed to cancel their 10b5-1 selling plans ( ), it was a pretty strong signal that a buyout at a large premium was not imminent.

(To my knowledge, no one has ever been penalized in a material way for terminating a 10b5-1 plan based on inside information.)
