CEN Biotech Inc. has issued and served upon the Office of the Deputy Attorney General of Canada, its Notice of Intent to seek arbitration under Chapter 11



Which basically means nothing they just sent a notice saying one day we might do a chapter 11. One day... Carrots are being tied to a long stick...
