I THINK BILL IS LETTING HEALTH CANADA AND THE COURT KNOW AS WELL.
WHAT HIS/BILL INTENT IS AND WHERE THIS HAS LEAD THE COMPANY/FITX.

THE NEXT STEPS AFTER HEALTH CANADA STOP/DELAY FITX FROM RECEIVING LICENSE OVER A YEAR AGO AND STILL MORE DELAYS WILL LEAVE FITX NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE CHAPTER 11 JUST PART OF THE PROCESS.IMO

BILL IS GETTING HIS DUCKS IN A ROW FOR THE CHAPTER 11 AND THE JR.
