Did you ask Angel why he didn't feel the falling through of the LOI was material information that should be disclosed to shareholders, given that the earlier announcement of it was?

But it's good to have confirmation of my suspicions as to why he stopped filing - too many shares and too much bad news he couldn't ignore in an official filing.

The "good dude" comment had me ROLFMAO. Reminds me of the neighbors of serial killers, "He was always so quiet and helpful".

Funny stuff.
