Communicated with Brian last night and just got off the horn with Angel.

Brian confirmed the LOI from earlier this year is dead...no surprise there. I let him know I was disappointed and I wished him the best, commenting on this being a great ride for him. He let me know Angel is a "good dude" and commented that it will be a great ride for all of us.

No real updates today from Angel, I asked about removing the TA gag, Sal's shares and a few other items. He couldn't comment on anything but let me know there was progress in terms of consulting with various industry experts on the best way to move forward, raising capital while preserving shareholder value.

I don't expect SS transparency or detailed public communications to begin until a major deal/change to business operations/improved SS takes place.

That could change tomorrow but setting expectations (based on my opinion) for those who purchased a ticket and wait on the tarmac with me....some peanuts while we wait might be nice.
