Yes the office does exist. The complex rents out space to various different companies but they share the same conference room(s) when needed and kitchen, etc. I forgot what its called- there is a name for it. Its an efficient way for companies to have corporate spaces with the amenities that are shared.

I'm not sure why the front desk wasn't familiar with Mobile Broadcasting, perhaps its listed under Ken Blands name.
