this last *round* was totally visible and called in advance
but like all prior *rounds* .. it doesn't change *facts*
including who holds *actual* PTOI shares vs *markers*
and if done (as i suspect to force mgmt's hand) .. i doubt
*it changes* .. outcome re: parallel paths' presently pursued ..

clearly *impact* in play re: *financing* is one *goal* .. but
then that too isn't *new* .. and nothing actual P2O investors
haven't *observed* previously ..
