I agree that the lack of PR before the ipo is odd, since that would stimulate the interest of the new US customers, followed by the typical pop on opening. At approx $8.28/sh cost basis, the ipo buyers cannot at present be too pleased. Speculating, perhaps the news (if it exists) has been delayed to see if a pop occurred, then the PR would build on that. That has not happened, so that gamble was lost, and news at this point would have to be significant, imo, to overcome the new upper wall at around $8.50.
