Have seen 2 conflicting releases on the ipo concerning warrants. The one I read earlier said 1/3 warrant per share, the other one I just read said 1 warrant per share. If the 2nd one is correct, this equates to a short-term price estimate of 9.21 + 5.5 = 14.71 for 2 shares, or $7.36 average/share, closer to current price.
