when Locsmandi signed onto the WS project
(many years ago now...)
there was a large bump in the OS
which Mark said, at the time,
was due to compensation for the film project.

just speculation, but my guess at the time was that
Locsmandi was working for MIKP shares
as well as a stake in the final sale.

obviously those MIKP shares just became even iffy than they were.
so now it would be all about the film's sale price.
