Looks like I opened my mouth to soon! The Judge did make a decision. Check out rocketjocks post on yahoo message board. From the looks of it, Remy Bernado must resign or be released. With your IR and corporate communications person going to trial, how can you trust anything coming from the company? Change is needed. Good to see Schwartz exonerated.
