I think the IR Dept is hamstrung because of the class action. The Judge needs to get his thumb out of his bum and rule one way or the other. I truly think that when this happens we go up to a whole new level. I bought on the way up, and I've been buying on the way down. Month after month of frustration is going to have to pay off sometime in the near future.
