Bill, thinking glass half full, it's to keep the 1% from expanding courtesy of the IQD RV. Or, to not deflate valuation by flooding the market with more bills through a reserve program. Does anyone know if the reserves were based on physical currency presently in existence? Clearly it's the reserve program concept being exposed as alleged fraud by the CFTC, not the selling of Dinars. Let's hope it only means we're close.
