The government sits back and allows reserves to be sold for 11 years and everything is peachy and fine. Then, just as one sees all kinds of positive signs of a new direction coming out of Iraq, they act in "our interest" to "protect us" and "prevent us" from purchasing IQD at 10% down on reserve. Oh, and you will participate voluntarily as an IQD dealer or we will come after you if you don't. No wonder all of the other IQD dealer's voluntarily chose to no longer have a reserve program.

One has to ask the question "WHY NOW" ?

When my time on earth is gone, and my activities here are passed, I want they bury me upside down, and my critics can kiss my ass!
