Apparently the purpose of the raise was to get them to the next level, a "bridge" if you would. Not sure what that may Bring.

Best of luck to all the investors as they move this forward.

And no I don't know what it is but I do not plan on selling and I still see this ending with some sort of Buyout/Merger kind of thing.
