IMO,
The other EC members didn't think Willingham and his team were being aggressive enough or were they comfortable with the relationship Willingham had with the "Professionals".

Regrettable since a great deal of BK experience with positive results went out the window with their withdrawal. That said, I'm sure the current team is capable. Discovery is key and getting the needed time to develop an independent valuation analysis. Louis you seem like an intelligent guy, do you typically buy whatever the debtors are selling? Maybe its all factual and accurate, I'm not convinced.

The only breaks you get in life...are those you give yourself!!!
