The main gist of what I was trying to say, unsuccessfully, is that I really appreciate the time you take in explaining the science to me. You have a good way of bringing it down to my level so that I can understand.

Also, I agree with you about the importance of the lab and its potential future. If I said anything beyond that, I am sorry.
