Wow, so the original first buyer is now the 3rd buyer, and the new first buyer has witnessed significant amounts of waste plastic being processed, so he is ready to buy, but the original first buyer, who is now the 3rd buyer, still needs to see the process work.
Please explain why they don't get all the supposed buyers together, if there really are any, and run the dam processors as a single pilot to prove they work?

My view is PTOI has already processed a significant amount of plastic waste for the likely first buyer and a pilot is not required by that potential customer. I believe there is another buyer, who was the original first buyer. That customer will require a pilot at some point. I also think that buyer will become the third closed sale.
