My view is PTOI has already processed a significant amount of plastic waste for the likely first buyer and a pilot is not required by that potential customer

So *your view* directly makes Heddle not only a liar in his original announcement of the ECO deal and the need for a pilot..as well as the use of Niagara as the place to undertake the pilot..... but he further perpetuates the fallacy with the announcement of the extension.
