kim tells the sec that he will use the money from the s-1 to move the product closer to "early stage commercialization"...
which means whatever kim wants it to mean... kim could accomplish next to nothing with the money and still claim he did what he said...

he then says, twice, that the 110 mil shares will help him "move closer" to commercialization...
once again, something kim can reach with next to nothing being done...

there is a huge gap between what kim tells the sec and what he claims to shareholders...out of caution, i expect a gap...but not the grand canyon...
