I try to answer your question as I was Roche, It doesn't mean that my answer is fair in the FMI investor perceptive.
Roche can argue that the competition landscape is changing from 6 months or so ago and evidently that FMI earnings have been hurt by the discount pricing from its competitors... so on.
Again, it is my opinion and it might be not fair.. And it does not mean FMI will sell the company.
