why would a ceo announce a cc and not have one?...why would a ceo announce he was in the running for an award and then not attend?..why would a ceo announce commercialization and 2 yrs later not have anything sold?...why would a ceo announce the doubling and more doubling of a product without stating what it doubling from?....
