I contacted Litchfield to see just how "vested" they were but they would not say, so it's anybody's guess as to how much.

I still remain dubious though, due mostly to KQ and JC's seeming apathy as to how common holders of the stock are being affected.

It will be interesting to see how it shakes out. Will they come through with some revenues to sustain operations, or will the continued conversions and slide in the pps require yet another R/S?
Or they may raise the A/S count for more debt.

I just can see that they have dug themselves a big hole that will be hard to climb out of.
