I have posted for months that I expect to see the AS increased to 5b. I expect it. It should come as surprise to noone here that the AS has to be increased. Saying that, I also do NOT expect to see another RS in the foreseeable future. Based on the last quarter filings he doesnt have the shares to cover the notes at these prices so this is not anything noteworthy at this point in time.
Gross sales will be an interesting read in the next set of Qs which are coming due. Of course they will be filed late, I expect nothing less of Kevin as we have been thru enough of them now to know he just doesnt get them filed on time.
I am sitting and waiting it out now. Financials are coming soon. I will re-evaluate when they are released. Until then I think this is starting to develop into an interesting story.
