***Evintos***HERE is to the INFAMOUS KMART PRINCIPLE***


Evintos, ok, I firmly believe in principle so with that said, the principle I am talking about is the Kmart principle. Kmart shareholders were zeroed out when they purposely did NOT value in Kmart's land value until after bankruptcy, after shareholders zeroed out and after new shares were issued in the NewCo/Kmart.

This value was added back into the NewCo/Kmart business after each quarter. So this new stock started at $25.00 a share and over the next 18 months of adding back the land value that was stolen from the previous shareholders the stock hit a high of $171.00 a share.

Yes, the same PRINCIPLE will happen with the current owners of the former WaMu Estate which are the investors who own Escrow Shares.


So here is to waiting for the KMART PRINCIPLE to happen in this case and as sure as Kmart and all the cases before, Escrow Shareowners will be rewarded in s VERY LARGE way! Stay tuned!

The MAIN difference between Kmart and the WaMu case is the Shareowners were zeroed out in Kmart whereas in WaMu, the former Piers Planners tried to zero equity out for multiple PORs, but failed miserably getting Piers capped with ZERO chance of any further monies. And EQUITY was saved allowing Equity to receive ALL of the FUTURE SPOILS which will be Tens of BILLIONS, yes, TENS of BILLIONS of LARGE style dollars!
