Well there is only 1 reputable source for insider holding and it is the SEC. That is not IMO.

And if he is not a majority shareholder why was it that there was not a vote of shareholders before a new director was placed?

Directors are voted for not gifted a seat unless the one gifting is the majority.

I suggest people actually talk to the company. You might just learn something

I have. And I learned that the company is full of moving targets. Also not IMO

Better question is why don't they just tell us like they are supposed to instead of having the need to find a "reputable source"
