Per your earlier post that you had mentioned that "information is power", I wish to add that "misinformation to mislead others is evil" because it caused others to sell their shares at $$ loss and later to regret it.

Since you like "Real Discussion to go along facts and logics", please kindly advice below:

Why and how can GPSI be implicated when GPSI is NOT listed as Defendant whereas another company, Max1 is listed as Defendant?? Per "Innocent until proven otherwise", please note that GPSI is NOT even listed as Defendant and yet, we already implied that GPSI is guilty and liable for 1.6M damages??

How can above logic be even possible??
