I appreciate the update but why don't we get this information from Ed ? He made the noise about the EPA and 21 day response time etc and then does not think it is important to mention it again - no time for even a chairman's message in his busy schedule of doing nothing. We know he reads this Board and all the discussion about 21 day response makes it highly relevant. What planet is he on ??
