According to Pentony, Medizone received a letter from the EPA confirming the acceptance of the submission without any problems.

They will be mentioning this in the 10-Q which is coming out by the end of the month.

Apparently they didn't feel that this warranted a Chairman's Message, since it is only the first stage in a long process, several months' worth of waiting.
