That's exactly the point... It's old data that is not relvelant and I was hoping that someone had something that is current.
An income statement and balance sheet are not enough to make an investment decision... especially when there is historical evidence that this company was operating for the benefit of a close knit family. It's rarely a good signal when family members employ each other in a public company.
I mean... even at that time the company was paying for a life insurance policy for the benefit of the CEO. What's that all about ??? The reason that kind of crap goes on is because the people that get to approve it are/where the CEO's kids !

Think about it... All they need to do is decide to "go private" and pay $1.00 a share to current stock holders and your investment evaporates. They have already decided not to provide full disclosure to shareholders.
I'm not saying that anything nefarious is going on... It's just that I'd like to know before I invest.
